Simple Glyphs Asset License

Solo License

Who it covers

A single individual (the "Buyer") only. Non-transferable and cannot be shared with another person, team, or organization.

What you can do

• Personal & freelance projects — Use the Assets in your own design work, portfolio, and personal projects.
• Client work — Use the Assets in a project for one (1) client per pack purchased. You may hand off only the specific Assets used in that project — not the full original zip or raw file collection.
• SaaS & app UI — Embed the Assets in a single software interface, web app, or mobile application.
• Social media & marketing — Use the Assets in social media content, advertising, and promotional materials.
• Unlimited projects — No cap on the number of personal or portfolio projects.
• Commercial use — All permitted uses above include commercial purposes. No attribution required.

What you cannot do

• Use the Assets across multiple clients from a single pack purchase — each new client requires a new purchase.
• Share, transfer, or hand off the full raw Asset files (SVG, AI, PNG zip) to any client or third party.
• Use the Assets in products designed for resale or redistribution to end users (e.g. Canva templates, web themes, UI kits). See Extended License for this.
• Use the Assets for Print on Demand (POD) purposes — including but not limited to T-shirts, mugs, posters, phone cases, tote bags, stickers, or any other physical or digital product sold per unit through platforms such as Redbubble, Merch by Amazon, Printful, Printify, Zazzle, or similar. See Extended License for this.
• Use the Assets in team or multi-seat environments. Each team member requires their own license.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw Asset files in any form.
• Use the Assets as training data for AI models or feed them into AI image generation platforms including but not limited to Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or any similar tool.
• Claim authorship or remove any existing credits or metadata from the Assets.

Extended License

Who it covers

Teams of up to 15 people within a single organization — covering small to mid-sized agencies, design studios, and creative teams. All 15 seats may access and use the Assets under a single Extended License purchase.

Need more than 15 seats? Simply purchase the Extended License twice (or more) to cover your full team. Each additional purchase adds another 15 seats to your organization's allowance.

What you can do

• Unlimited client projects — Use the Assets across unlimited client projects with no per-client restriction.
• Team use — Up to 15 team members within the same organization may access and use the Assets simultaneously.
• SaaS & app UI — Embed the Assets in software interfaces, web apps, and mobile applications for commercial use.
• Social media & marketing — Use the Assets in social media content, advertising, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• End-user products — Create and sell products where end users can access or interact with the Assets, including Canva templates, web themes, WordPress themes, UI kits, and marketplace template products — up to 500 end-user sales per product. Once a product reaches 500 sales, a new Extended License is required to continue selling that product.
• Print on Demand (POD) — Use the Assets as design elements on physical or digital products sold per unit through POD platforms such as Redbubble, Merch by Amazon, Printful, Printify, Zazzle, or similar — up to 500 units sold per design. Once a design reaches 500 sales, a new Extended License is required to continue selling that design.
• Commercial use — All permitted uses above include commercial purposes. No attribution required.

What you cannot do

• Exceed 15 seats under a single Extended License purchase without purchasing an additional license.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw Asset files (SVG, AI, PNG zip) as standalone files, in bundles, or as part of any asset pack or marketplace listing.
• Use the Assets in end-user products or POD designs exceeding 500 sales without purchasing a new Extended License.
• Use the Assets as training data for AI models or feed them into AI image generation platforms including but not limited to Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or any similar tool.
• Claim authorship or remove any existing credits or metadata from the Assets.
• Transfer or resell this license to another organization.

AI-generated assets disclaimer

Every asset available on Simple Glyphs is 100% human-made and hand-crafted by Royyan Wijaya. No AI image generation software is used at any point in the creation process. If you find evidence that any asset was AI-generated, you are entitled to a full 100% refund.

Refund & enforcement

If you believe an asset violates the human-made guarantee, contact us at halo@roywj.com with evidence and a full refund will be issued, no questions asked.

Violation of this license — particularly unauthorized redistribution, AI-related misuse, or exceeding the seat, POD, or end-user sales cap — will result in immediate termination of your license and access.

Changes to this license

Simple Glyphs reserves the right to update this license at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Assets after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
